Sarah Meehan, Baltimore Business Journal hospitality/tourism reporter, reports today that the Restaurant Association of Maryland (RAM) will feature member establishments (they are hoping to include 400 or more) in the month of September offering 20 percent discounts to diners. Sarah Cunningham, marketing and membership manager, gives the first details of the "deal" for consumers in a program that gives individual restaurants an opportunity to tune the discounts for the month when they will do the most to boost sales.
