The Ocean City Convention Center has come alive this weekend as hospitalians from the Eastern Shore (and beyond) gather today for the opening of the 37th Annual Ocean City Hotel Motel Restaurant Association Spring Trade Expo ... where buyers and sellers come together to make key decisions for a successful 2011 season.
On hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony were Shawn Harman, FIshtales/Bahia Marina; John Lynch, Commander Hotel; Mary Eastman, Cayman Suites; Malcolm Van Kirk, Sea Bay Hotel and OC Mayor Rick Meehan. The show runs until 5 p.m. today and opens again tomorrow at 10 a.m. before closing on Monday at 3 p.m.
The show is produced by Susan Jones, executive director and Amy TIngle, events manager for OCHMRA.
Crab Cake Secret has them lined up for their winning spice blend for the bay's delicacy.
