Artisanal Cheese and Top Chef in Charm City

Two hot items so far at the Expo have been the arrival of Artisanal Premium Cheese from New York being distributed by Coastal Sunbelt Produce (it eliminates the direct shipping charge that restaurant had to pay before they had a mainstream distributor) and Top Chef's Spike Mendelsohn making a guest appearance at the Savoy Brown booth.
