Goodstone Inn Introduces Hilltoppers

Hilltoppers, the restaurant at The Goodstone Inn & Estate, offers American cuisine enhanced by the international mindset of chef Christopher Carey. The Inn already has captured the approval of the traveler press and its reputation is matched by its membership in the Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Introducing the restaurant to the Middleburg, Va. community and press on Wednesday night, Carey worked the room himself serving small bites including a fresh, succulent Malbec oyster.
